Union triumphed in the first round of the Copa Argentina held on Monday, overcoming Agropecuario Argentino with two goals from Cristian Tarragona. The striker broke the initial deadlock just before halftime, scoring with a header in the 46th minute. Following a strong start, Union continued their momentum and Tarragona found the net again in the 49th minute of the second half, further extending their lead.
Cristian Tarragona was undoubtedly the star of the match, scoring both goals and attempting to score on five occasions.
