In a thrilling encounter held for the 11th round of the Apertura, Barracas Central earned a hard-fought victory on home soil against Atlético Tucumán. The hosts took the lead early in the match with a goal from Gonzalo Maroni in the 12th minute. Later, Lucas Gamba extended their advantage in the 70th minute. Atlético Tucumán’s Nicolás Demartini, unfortunately, scored an own goal in the 69th minute, which contributed to the visitors’ downfall.
Coach Rubén Insúa opted for a 3-5-2 formation for Barracas Central, featuring Juan Espínola in goal, supported by a defensive line comprising Nicolás Capraro, Fernando Tobio, and Nicolás Demartini. The midfield was filled by Tomás Porra, Dardo Miloc, Iván Tapia, Rodrigo Insúa, and Gonzalo Maroni, with Jhonatan Candia and Gonzalo Morales leading the attack.
