Central Español managed to level the score early in the second half, as Raúl Tarragona seized the opportunity to find the back of the net with a powerful shot. However, Cerro Largo responded decisively, regaining control and sealing the match with two more goals from Diego Daguerre in the 81st minute and Bruno Hernández just moments later, in the 86th minute.
