A hard-fought victory of 1-0 was clinched by Argentinos Juniors as they faced River Plate in the fifth round at the Semillero del Mundo. Hernán López Muñoz was the hero of the match, scoring the only goal in the 34th minute of the first half.
The goal came from a well-placed cross by Emiliano Viveros, allowing López Muñoz to finish from inside the box, beating goalkeeper Santiago Beltrán with precision.
López Muñoz stood out as the most valuable player, not only for his goal but also for taking four shots on target and completing 14 successful passes throughout the game.
