Just after the start of the second half, Malo Gusto headed home to break the deadlock at the 50th minute. João Pedro followed suit at the 64th minute with a skillful finish, before Pedro Neto sealed the victory with a strike in the 72nd minute, ensuring a decisive 3-0 scoreline.
Marc Guiu came close to extending the lead but struck the post with a shot in the 77th minute, missing a golden opportunity to increase the margin.
The standout performer of the match was Alejandro Garnacho, who not only delivered 40 accurate passes but also fired off three shots on target against Wolverhampton.
Enzo Fernández also played a pivotal role, completing 60 accurate passes and attempting five shots on goal, further solidifying Chelsea’s midfield dominance.
