In the 13th round of the Clausura tournament, Rosario Central triumphed over Platense with a slim 1-0 victory this Sunday. Alejo Veliz scored the only goal of the match just five minutes into the second half, sealing the fate of the game.
Veliz connected perfectly with a header after receiving a pass from Enzo Giménez, leaving the goalkeeper with no chance to respond.
Veliz was undoubtedly the standout player on the field, contributing not just the goal but also registering five successful passes during the match.
Enzo Giménez also played a vital role at the Estadio Gigante de Arroyito, where he excelled in the midfield with an impressive 22 completed passes against Platense.
