In a tightly contested match, Instituto and Platense ended in a 1-1 draw during their encounter in the fourth round of the Clausura.
Damián Puebla opened the scoring for Instituto in the 17th minute of the first half, showcasing his skill with a well-placed shot. However, the game turned when Ronaldo Martínez found the back of the net for Platense in the 51st minute of the second half, much to the delight of the away supporters.
Martínez’s equalizer was a moment to remember; after receiving a precise pass from Ignacio Schor, he expertly finished to the lower left corner, leaving the goalkeeper with no chance to save it.
Damián Puebla’s performance stood out throughout the match, culminating in his goal and contributing with 15 accurate passes, recovering four balls, and attempting six shots on goal.
Ronaldo Martínez also left his mark, registering one goal, striking three times at the goal, and successfully completing eight passes.
Franco Zapiola thrilled the fans at the 42nd minute of the first half with an impressive nutmeg on Juan Manuel Romero, proving to be a highlight of the match.
