In a thrilling encounter, CF Montréal and Atlanta United drew 1-1 in their Week 23 MLS matchup.
Dante Sealy put Montréal in the lead with a goal in the 39th minute of the first half, bringing the home crowd to life. A well-placed cross from Caden Clark allowed Sealy to unleash a powerful shot from inside the box.
With time running out, Aleksei Miranchuk salvaged a point for Atlanta United, finding the back of the net in the 41st minute of the second half. Prior to this, both Miranchuk and Sealy had close calls, with their shots hitting the post.
Miranchuk was named the standout player of the match, scoring one goal and making three attempts on goal, while Sealy equally impressed with his performance, netting a goal and attempting two shots.
