Barracas Central claimed a crucial victory against Racing Club on Saturday, winning 1-0 in a match held at Estadio El Cilindro. The turning point came in the 58th minute of the second half when Rodrigo Insúa converted a penalty, determining the outcome of the contest.
Despite dominating possession with 63% to Barracas’ 37%, Racing Club was unable to convert their ball control into goals.
Insúa delivered an outstanding performance, scoring the crucial goal and making three essential defensive clearances throughout the match. Also pivotal for Barracas Central was Nicolás Demartini, who recovered two balls and executed four critical clearances.
