New York Red Bulls pulled ahead early in the match with a goal from Emil Forsberg just 18 minutes into the first half. However, the visitors equalized in the 57th minute due to an unfortunate own goal by Mohammed Sofo.
Emil Forsberg’s performance stood out, as he was instrumental in Red Bulls’ offensive efforts, recording one goal and attempting three shots on target.
In contrast, Cristian Arango showcased his skills for the Earthquakes, leading his team with five shots aimed at goal throughout the match.
