In the fourth round of Group B in the Intermedio tournament, MC Torque showcased their strength by defeating Progreso 3-1 at Parque Alfredo Víctor Viera. Diogo Guzmán opened the scoring with a strike just 9 minutes into the first half, followed by Walter Nuñez who added a second goal for Torque 5 minutes into the second half, putting them ahead 2-0. Though Facundo Silvera managed to reduce the deficit for Progreso with a goal shortly after halftime at the 54th minute, Lucas Pino’s 36th-minute strike ensured the game ended 3-1 in favor of MC Torque.
Lucas Pino was clearly the standout player, contributing a crucial goal to his team’s triumph. Diogo Guzmán also made his mark by finding the net once during the match.
The head coach of MC Torque, Martin Cicotello, arranged his team in a 4-3-3 formation. The lineup featured Juan Tinaglini as goalkeeper; a defensive line of Maximiliano Villa, Gary Kagelmacher, Eduardo Agüero, and Ezequiel Busquets; a midfield trio of Santiago Costa, Pablo Siles, and Sebastián Rodríguez; and an attacking front consisting of Diogo Guzmán, José Neris, and Walter Nuñez.

Their lineup included Nicolás Gentilio as the goalkeeper; a backline of Danilo Asconeguy, Hernán Carroso, Nicolás Olivera, and Facundo Silvera; a midfield including Agustín Pinheiro, Adrián Colombino, and Alejandro García; and a forward trio of Nicolás Fernández, Agustín Moreira, and Juan Rivero.
