Huracán demonstrated its superiority this Sunday by securing a decisive 3-1 win over Rosario Central in the 14th round of the Apertura. Although the match began with a flourish for Rosario Central, thanks to an early goal by Enzo Copetti (1’ 1T), Huracán quickly regrouped and turned the game around with goals from Jordy Caicedo, Juan Francisco Bisanz, and Hugo Nervo. The team under Diego Martínez capitalized on two shots and a penalty, scoring at the 47’ of the first half, then again at 39’ and 44’ of the second half to clinch the win.
In a missed opportunity during the second half, Facundo Waller almost gave Rosario Central the lead again, but his shot hit the post at the 57-minute mark.
The standout player of the match was Juan Francisco Bisanz, who not only scored one goal but also made three attempts at goal. Additionally, Hugo Nervo excelled defensively, contributing solidly by scoring another goal.
Diego Martínez’s Huracán lined up in a 4-4-2 formation with Hernán Galíndez in goal; Ignacio Campo, Fabio Pereyra, Máximo Palazzo, and César Ibáñez in defense; Lucas Blondel, Emmanuel Ojeda, Facundo Waller, and Óscar Romero in midfield; and Jordy Caicedo alongside Óscar Cortés in attack.
On the other hand, Jorge Almirón’s side, Rosario Central, entered the match using a 4-3-3 formation, placing Jorge Broun in goal; Enzo Giménez, Emanuel Coronel, Carlos Quintana, and Alexis Soto in defense; Guillermo Fernández, Federico Navarro, and Vicente Pizarro in midfield; and Gaspar Duarte, Enzo Copetti, and Julián Fernández in the forward line.
