The midfielder opened the scoring with an impressive goal at the 35th minute and capped off his outstanding performance with another goal at the 82nd minute. Facundo Colidio also added to the scoreboard, converting a header just after halftime, in the 57th minute.
Just 10 minutes into the match, Sebastián Driussi struck the post, leaving River Plate eager for an early celebration.
Tomás Galván was undoubtedly the standout performer of the match, netting two goals, completing 39 accurate passes, and attempting two shots on target.
