In the 27th match of the Copa Argentina, Instituto, also known as La Gloria, triumphed over Atlanta, finishing the match 2-0. The goals for the home team were scored by Leonel Galeano (own goal at the 21st minute of the first half) and Alex Luna (43rd minute of the second half).
Atlanta’s forward Federico Álvarez came close to leveling the score in the 84th minute, but his shot hit the post, denying his team the equalizer.
The standout player of the match was Juan Francisco Rago, the goalkeeper for Atlanta, who showcased his skills by saving 9 shots. Fernando Alarcón from Instituto also shone defensively, clearing 8 dangerous balls from his area.
In a stunning display at the 80th minute, midfielder Matías Ibarra from Atlanta dazzled the crowd by nutmegging his marker.

Referee Bruno Amiconi officiated the match held at the Nuevo Monumental stadium.
With this victory, La Gloria not only took the win but also sealed their qualification for the Round of 32 in this prestigious competition.
