On Friday, Venezuela showcased its strength on the pitch by defeating Trinidad 4-1 during a friendly match played at the Pakhtakor Markaziy Stadion. The local team saw goals from Delvin Alfonzo, who netted twice (14’ and 21’ of the second half), as well as Salomón Rondón, who added two more (35’ and 39’ of the second half). Trinidad’s lone goal came from Reon Moore at 6’ into the second half.
Delvin Alfonzo was undoubtedly the star of the match, contributing significantly with his two goals and two attempts on goal. Similarly, Salomón Rondón had a remarkable performance, also scoring twice and taking two shots.
