In the heart of Coloso del Parque, Estudiantes triumphed over Newell’s with a scoreline of 2-0 during matchday 7 of the Apertura. Tiago Palacios opened the scoring for Estudiantes in the 51st minute, and Fabricio Pérez sealed the win with a goal in the 80th minute.
Palacios ignited the spirits of El Pincha early in the second half, receiving a pass from Adolfo Gaich and unleashing a powerful shot from outside the box that left the goalkeeper no chance.
Tiago Palacios was undoubtedly the standout performer of the match, contributing not only a goal but also making two attempts at the opposing goal.
Fabricio Pérez was another key player, showcasing his skills with a goal and three shots on target during the game.
