This Monday, Platense secured a 2-1 victory against Instituto at their home ground, maintaining their strong form in the Apertura. The hosts took the lead in the first half with a goal from Franco Zapiola in the 28th minute. However, Instituto’s Alex Luna found the equalizer in the 72nd minute with a well-placed shot following a team maneuver.
Despite the comeback, Platense regained the advantage shortly after, when Tomás Nasif headed in the winning goal at the 74th minute, sealing the match for his team.
Tomás Nasif was instrumental in Platense’s success, not only scoring a goal but also making two attempts on target throughout the game. Alex Luna also shone on the pitch for Instituto, netting one goal and testing the opposition goalkeeper three times.

The midfield comprised Maximiliano Amarfil, Felipe Bussio, Guido Mainero, Franco Zapiola, and Juan Gauto, with Leonardo Heredia leading the attack.
On the other hand, Instituto’s coach, Daniel Oldrá, opted for a 5-2-3 strategy, placing Manuel Roffo as the goalkeeper, supported by a defense of Giuliano Cerato, Leonel Mosevich, Jonathan Galván, Fernando Alarcón, and Diego Sosa. Juan Ignacio Méndez and Franco Moyano controlled the midfield, while Luca Rafaelli, Franco Jara, and Alex Luna composed the front line.
