The opening goal came from Germán Berterame in the 15th minute, followed by Iker Fimbres sealing the victory with a second goal in the 31st minute of the first half.
Fimbres nearly increased the lead further when he hit the crossbar in the 38th minute, missing a golden opportunity.
Germán Berterame was undoubtedly the standout player of the match, notching up a goal and taking three shots on target against Necaxa.
