Argentinos Juniors triumphed with a score of 3-1 over Newell’s during their recent match held on Friday, as part of the 13th round of the Clausura. Luciano Herrera opened the scoring for Newell’s in the 8th minute, but the home team responded quickly. Diego Porcel showcased his goal-scoring ability by netting two goals in quick succession in the 20th and 24th minutes. Gabriel Florentín added a third for Argentinos just before halftime, at the 43rd minute, following a well-crafted play.
Diego Porcel was the standout player of the match, contributing significantly with two goals, four shots on target, and making 17 accurate passes. Gabriel Florentín also played a key role, scoring one goal, completing 17 passes successfully, winning two tackles, and taking two shots at goal.
