The scoring was opened by Alejo Veliz just one minute into the first half, marking the beginning of a memorable day for the Canalla. Later in the second half, Enzo Giménez scored with a powerful header at the 82nd minute, extending the lead to 2-0. To conclude the festivities, Ángel Di María rounded off the scoring at 86 minutes with another impressive play.
