Plaza Colonia initially took the lead with a goal from Germán Barrios in the 18th minute of the first half. However, Defensor Sporting quickly equalized through Matías Velázquez, who scored in the 33rd minute, showcasing his importance to the team.
Matías Velázquez was undoubtedly the standout player of the match, contributing significantly with his goal. Likewise, Germán Barrios put in a commendable performance, netting for Defensor Sporting.
