The striker delivered an exceptional performance by scoring a header, followed by a goal from open play, and capped it off with a penalty, striking at minutes 46 (1st half), 50 (2nd half), and 57 (2nd half).
The goals for New England Revolution came from Tomás Chancalay at the 14-minute mark (1st half) and Brayan Ceballos just three minutes into the second half.
A notable moment of the match was Surridge’s second goal, which he netted in the 50th minute after receiving a perfect assist from Daniel Lovitz, placing the ball perfectly to the lower left corner, out of the reach of the goalkeeper.
Nashville’s Jonathan Pérez also had a chance to score earlier in the match, but his shot hit the post at the 23rd minute of the first half, denying the team a chance to equalize.
