The highly anticipated clash in Group A of the Intermedio saw Wanderers and Defensor Sporting face off, ending in a 0-0 draw. Both teams fought hard but were unable to capitalize on their scoring opportunities.
Mauro Silveira emerged as the standout player for Wanderers, showcasing his remarkable skills as a goalkeeper. His counterpart, Kevin Dawson from Defensor Sporting, also delivered an impressive performance, making key saves to keep the match scoreless.
